Q. How Can I Order Medications Without Seeing A Doctor?
A. As you know, the Internet has changed the way we live. A lot of the new services that were never in existence a few years ago, are now commonplace. For Instance – If you have recently had a physical exam with a physician, in most cases you do not need to have another physical to receive a prescription for the medication you need. Instead, you simply ask for your medical history to be reviewed by one of our US licensed physicians. A thorough review of your medical history often times is enough for one of our doctors to be able to write the prescription.

If one of our physicians or one of our pharmacists has a question about anything, a customer service representative will contact you before choosing whether to write the prescription or not.

Q. How do I place an order?
A. When you place an order from our products page, you will be taken to a secure server where you will fill out our online order form indicating the products you want. You must answer an Online Medical Questionnaire, similar to that which you would fill out in your doctor's office. This will provide our physicians the information relevant to your medical condition. Once you complete the questionnaire, you will submit your delivery information and credit card number to complete the order process. You will receive e-mail with confirmation of your request.
Q. Will I receive an order confirmation?
A. YES - You will receive an automatic order confirmation as soon as you have placed your order.
Q. What Happens During The Physicians Review or Consultation?
A. You will be asked to complete a specialized form detailing your medical history and any current conditions or medications that you maybe taking. There is a unique form for each type of prescription medication we offer that focuses its question on that particular medication. All the questions that are asked on the form are the same type of questions your physician would ask you were you to make an office visit.

You may be contacted by the physician who reviews your medical history or by the pharmacist filling your prescription if they need further details prior to approving your request for the prescription.
Q. What happens if my order has been declined?
A. We use a system that authorizes your available credit at the time the order is placed. If the physician or pharmacy declines your request, you will not be charged. Your credit/debit card authorization will be cancelled within 5 business days.
Q. How Do You Fill My Order?
A. Any order placed by residents of the United States is filled from a US based pharmacy with licensed US pharmacists. We also ship Worldwide.
Q. How Do You Get The Medications To Me?
A. After your order is reviewed by the physician and approved, it is immediately forwarded to the pharmacy for delivery to you. Once the pharmacy has received your prescription, it will be filled and shipped within one business day. We will notify you only if there is a problem with your order. If you do not hear from us, you may safely assume that your order processed. All orders are shipped for Next Day delivery. We MUST have an adult signature at time of delivery.

Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

We do not process prescription orders on Sunday. If you place an order after 11:00 am Eastern Standard Time on Saturday, the order will most likely be reviewed by the physician and be sent to the pharmacy on Monday.
Q. Do you ship orders everyday?
A. Pharmacies do not process prescription orders over the weekend. If you place an order after noon Eastern Standard Time on Friday, or anytime on Saturday and Sunday, it will be sent to the Physician for evaluation, but will not be shipped from one of our pharmacies until Monday or Tuesday.
Q. How will the package arrive? Will people know its contents?
A. All packages are shipped in plain packaging to protect your privacy.
Q. Can I return my medication for a refund?
A. Due to Federal Law, we are unable to accept returned prescription medications.
Q. What Methods of Payment Do You Accept?
A. We accept Visa, Discover, Debit Cards, E-Checks, Checks and Money Orders.
Q. Is it safe to use my credit card at Online Pharmacy?
A. YES - When you place an order online your personal information and credit card information are encrypted (128-bit SSL protection) before being sent over the Internet, making it virtually impossible for your information to be stolen or intercepted while being transferred.
Q. How do I Pay with a Money Order?
A. To pay with a money order, simply choose Money Order from the drop down box under Payment Type on the Order Form. When your order is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with all your order details and the instructions on how and where to mail your money order. Please note that all orders using this form of payment will not be processed until the payment is received (typically 7 to 10 business days from when you send the money order).
Q. How do I Pay with an E-Check or Electronic Check?
A. To pay with an E-Check, simply choose E-Check from the drop down box under Payment Type on the Order Form. Then using the sample check below as a guide, fill out the information required(Bank Name, Checking Account Number, Bank Routing Number, Check Number) in the fields that follow.

Q. What If I Change My Mind About An Order I Place?
A. You may cancel your order before the physician approves it by emailing us at support@usasavingsrx.com. If the physician has not yet approved your order, we will cancel your order. We are sorry but you cannot cancel an order once the physician has approved it.
